Return Policy for AlHalabi Shop

  2. How to Initiate a Return

      Once the return is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
  3. Refund Process:

    • Refund Method:
      Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Timeframe:
      Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
    • Restocking Fee:
