Hanif Falafel Mix is the perfect choice for easily and quickly preparing delicious falafel. This mix features a balanced combination of chickpeas and selected spices, giving you an authentic taste and perfect texture. All you need to do is mix 200 grams of the mix with 200 ml of water, let it sit for 45 minutes to an hour, then shape it using your hands or a falafel mold, and fry it in hot oil at 180°C until it turns golden brown. From a 200-gram package, you can get about 15 delicious falafel pieces.
